I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Mahmoud and Toba from reception were particularly friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the nearby restaurant was delicious, with a great variety of high-quality products. I also loved the location of this place, as it was close to beautiful natural attractions like waterfalls and the stunning Sapanca lake. The view from the suite was breathtaking, overlooking the lake and surrounding mountains.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the natural beauty of the area.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to standard with dusty furnishings and carpets that needed attention. Moreover, the noise from the road was disruptive and interrupted our sleep. while there were some positives during our stay, the negatives unfortunately detracted from our experience.
